Guest Book Experiences FAQ
When should I book my guest book experience?
Most clients book 3–6 months in advance. For peak seasons like summer weddings and holiday parties, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.
Can I customize the prompts and signage?
Yes! We work with you to create custom prompts, signage, and wording that match your event style and help guests know what to do.
Do you provide the guest book or phone?
Yes. For Keepsake Guestbooks, we provide a beautifully designed book. For Audio and Video experiences, we provide the phone or video station and all required equipment.
How do I receive the messages after the event?
After your event, we collect and organize all videos, audio recordings, or written notes. You’ll receive a digital collection and, where applicable, your physical keepsake guest book.
Is there a time limit for recordings or messages?
We set reasonable time limits per message so everyone gets a turn, but guests can record multiple messages if time allows.
Are there any travel fees?
Travel within Calgary is included. For events outside the city, travel fees may apply based on distance and timing.
