We recommend booking 2-4 months in advance to ensure your first choice of style is available. For peak wedding and holiday seasons, earlier reservations are strongly advised.

How much space and time is needed?

Standard backdrops require an 8x8ft or 10x10ft footprint. Installation typically takes 30-45 minutes. Our team ensures the stand is weighted and the fabric is perfectly tensioned for photos.

What is the installation process?

Our professional crew handles everything. We deliver, assemble the high-grade support system, securely mount the backdrop, and perform a final check to ensure zero wrinkles or slips.

Are there delivery and travel fees?

Delivery and setup are included for all bookings within Calgary. For venues in surrounding Alberta communities, a travel fee based on mileage will be clearly outlined in your quote.

What is included standard with rentals?

Standard rentals include the backdrop of your choice, the professional support stand system, weights for stability, delivery, setup, and teardown services.

Can I customize my backdrop booking?
